The Session Structure
Level 1 teaches a complete eighteen-step session, from the welcome and the pause signal through orienting, resourcing, the emotion container, titration, micro-repair, integration, the future anchor, closing, and aftercare.
Three things run through all of it: titration, containment, and integration.
You do not memorize the eighteen steps. You practice them until the structure holds you.
