IRM Institute is a brand of KMC Creative Enterprises, LLC. These terms cover your use of irm-institute.mykajabi.com, our courses, and our free resources. By purchasing or using them, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

IRM Level 1 Certification is a self-paced online course. It includes video and audio lessons, the Practitioner Manual, session scripts, forms, worksheets, and practice logs. Access opens as soon as your payment clears. Access is for you alone and does not expire.

Payment and refunds

The price is shown at checkout in US dollars. All sales are final. Because the course opens the moment you buy, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please review the course page and reach out with questions before you enroll.

Certification

Certification is awarded after you complete the lessons and your practice notes are reviewed and approved. It confirms that you have completed IRM Level 1 training. It is not a license, a degree, or a professional credential regulated by any government body. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to your own practice.

Scope of the work

The Integrative Regression Method is an educational and self-development practice. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for either. If you or a client need medical or mental health care, seek it from a licensed provider.

Your account

Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing course access is not permitted.

Our materials

All course content, the Practitioner Manual, scripts, worksheets, and the name Integrative Regression Method are the property of KMC Creative Enterprises, LLC. You may use them in your own sessions once certified. You may not copy, publish, teach, or sell them, or claim them as your own.

Limits on liability

We provide the course as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, KMC Creative Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or the method. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
