Who Level 2 Is For
Certified IRM Practitioners who are already sitting with clients and want to work with what keeps happening, not only what is happening now.
Level 1 taught you to hold the container. Level 2 teaches you to read the architecture underneath it: the sequence that repeats, the layers holding it in place, and how to stay regulated yourself while you do it. Your Level 1 certification is required before you start.
The Seven Skills of Level 2
Activation tracking
Read the zero to ten scale as a live instrument, with six mandatory checks.
Pacing tools
Titration, pendulation and micro-exits, used on purpose rather than in reaction.
Containment and repair
Hold what is not needed today, and settle the session when it wobbles.
Protective responses
Recognize a protective response and respect what it does, without arguing with it.
Self-perception themes
Recognize a self-perception theme that repeats, without deciding what it means.
Integration and aftercare
Anchoring and aftercare the client can still use tomorrow.
Your own regulation
Notice your own drift, reset without narrating it, and know when to reschedule.
The Level 2 Session
Twenty-seven stages, and that is not twenty-seven techniques. It is four movements, three regulation stages available to you at any point, and two branches you take only when the session calls for them.
Set up. Map it. Go underneath it. Carry it out of the room. The branches are the protective response branch and the repair loop. You get the full script, and you write it in your own words by the end.

Founder/Developer of the Integrative Regression Method. An Alignment Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher and a Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in PTSD, Trauma and Anxiety.
