The Self-Paced Session Experience
Find the emotional response behind your pattern.
Anxiety, shutting down, or people-pleasing: learn which one is protecting you, and what to do when it starts.
Start the course, $67You already worked out why you do it
You can name it. You can trace roughly where it started. You have explained it to a friend, and to yourself, more than once.
And then it happens again.
That is not a failure of insight. Understanding why you do something and stopping yourself mid-way through doing it are two different jobs, and almost nobody is taught the second one.
What you will have at the end
You work on one pattern of your own, all the way through. Not a list of topics.
- One repeating pattern of yours, named and mapped
- What keeps setting it off, in your own words
- What that response was protecting, and whether it still needs to
- A different response you can actually use when it starts
- A sentence and a gesture that bring you back to it
What is inside
- Seven modules, nineteen lessons, at your own pace, with no deadline to finish
- Every lesson in writing and in audio, so you can read it or listen to it
- Worksheets inside the lessons that save as you type
- A seventeen page workbook to print, if you would rather write by hand
- A guided audio session, about fifteen minutes, to return to whenever you want
How the course moves
First you notice it
A week of watching, with nothing to fix. You are building a baseline, not trying harder.
Then you understand what it was for
The response started because it worked. You find out what job it was doing, and whether that job still exists.
Then you build something else
One different move, small enough that you will believe you can make it.
Then you practice it where it actually happens
Seven days of catching the pattern in your own week, and doing the new thing instead.
What this is, and what it is not
This is a personal development course. It works on recognizing the pattern while it is running, and on what you do with the response once it starts.
It does not train or authorize you to facilitate sessions for anyone else. That is the practitioner certification, and it is a different path.
It is not therapy and it does not replace it.
Some responses are older than anything you remember choosing, and they do not move on their own. If yours turns out to be one of those, that is information, not failure, and the course says so plainly rather than leaving you with it.
Who made this
Kelli Murphy-Cohen
Founder/Developer of the Integrative Regression Method. An Alignment Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher and a Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in PTSD, Trauma and Anxiety.
IRM came out of twenty-five years in private practice. It came from watching people understand their pattern completely and keep repeating it anyway, and from paying attention to what the body was doing while that happened.
She works with clients one to one, and she trains the practitioners who carry the method.
